How to apply
This project is open to all graduates who want to innovate and are curious to discover new worlds. The first step is to send us your resume.
After the screening phase, you are invited to participate in the Recruiting day at our offices.
It's an opportunity to know each other, through presentations, interviews and tests; the aim is to identify competences, and evaluate potential.
The assessment takes place at the company premise, because we want that participants can get in touch with the corporate environment they could join.
You'll become aware about your interest in the proposed role and you'll experience the company appeal.
Training and Practice
Those who pass the selection phase start the training program.
During the training period we take care of your technical and methodological growth, with the aim to make you ready to tackle the job with the proper work organization and with updated technical and professional skills.
The knowledge base is constantly updated and enriched to achieve excellence in delivering software and solutions. Each participant is coached by the Human Resources team and by the senior colleagues, to transfer their knowledge, expertise and experience.
The syllabus is designed to onboard and hire all the participants who demonstrate strong engagement, willfullness, and sharing of the team values.
